Shipping policy
We ship to addresses within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Shipping is free on every order. There is no minimum spend and no surcharge at checkout.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Orders placed on a weekend or a holiday begin processing the next business day.
Delivery time
Once your order ships, delivery usually takes 3 to 7 business days. Total time from order to doorstep is typically 4 to 10 business days.
Where your order ships from
Our products ship from a US fulfillment partner's warehouse rather than from a facility of our own. That is what keeps delivery times short, and it is why we do not publish a single return address. If you need to send something back, email us first and we will give you the correct address for your item.
Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order leaves the warehouse. Tracking can take 24 to 48 hours to show its first scan, which is normal.
Delays
Carrier delays, severe weather and peak holiday volume can push delivery past the usual window. If your order has not arrived within 14 business days of shipping, email us at hello@theresetaisle.com and we will chase it for you.
Incorrect addresses
Please double check your shipping address at checkout. If an order is returned to the warehouse because the address was wrong or incomplete, we will contact you to arrange reshipment, and reshipping costs may apply.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Email us at hello@theresetaisle.com within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will make it right, and we cover the cost when the fault is ours. See our Refund Policy for full details.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your order as delivered but you cannot find it, check with everyone at your address and with your neighbors first. If it still has not turned up, contact us within 7 days and we will open a claim with the carrier.
